Soaking grains changes the bread starch into a vegetable starch - turns your bread into broccoli!

Once nuts are soaked you can dry and toast in oven at 375 for 10 minutes.  Watch closely as they can burn easily.

To preserve the enzymes, the life-force in the nut, dehydrate at 105 degrees until crunchy.
